Kate Lowry

Kate is a creative and pragmatic executive coach and facilitator with over twenty years’ experience in this area.

Her approach is supportive and innovative, challenging and energetic and brings together a wealth of experience from both business and psychology.

Kate is able to create a safe, confidential environment where individuals feel able to explore their goals and take steps to fully realise their potential. Her encouraging style and broad experience of personal and business transitions gives people confidence to step into areas that may be personally challenging.

Kates approach is to work with people to help them identify creative and new perspectives on current challenges and encourage them to look for new solutions. She then helps plan out the next steps that will lead to the achievement of personal and career ambitions.

Her client base is international and varied. She has worked with senior executives at international legal and consultancy partnerships such as PwC and Linklaters, and global companies such as Unilever, Novartis, and the Prudential. She has worked extensively in Europe and the US. Kate is a facilitator on Cranfield Business Schools two award winning international Women’s Leadership Programmes.

Kate has trained extensively as a coach and facilitator. She has a Diploma to Advanced level in Gestalt from the Gestalt Centre London and is a certified practitioner in Pesso Boyden Psychomotor.  She is a qualified FIRO B and MBTI practitioner (Level 2)

Kate has over 20 years’ experience working in organisations as a manager, leader and Organisational Development practitioner covering 3 very different business sectors – Retail; IT and Financial Services. She has worked extensively as a designer and implementer of key cultural, change, leadership and management development programmes.

She is a Visiting Fellow at the Praxis Centre at Cranfield School of Management and tutors on a wide range of senior leadership programmes. In 2012 Kate designed a new programme called Developing Leadership Practice. Underpinned by Gestalt psychology this a creative and original approach to raising the performance of leaders.
